◆绝缘油中溶解气体分析
采用气相色谱法测定绝缘油中溶解气体的含量，是供电企业判断充油电力设备在运行中是否存在潜热、放电故障的设置，以确保电网安全有效运行，也是充油电力设备生产厂家必备的检测设备之一。HZGC-1212A变压器油色谱分析系统采用三级检测器工艺标准推荐，一次采样即可完成绝缘油中溶解气体的成分（包括氢、氧、甲烷、乙烯、乙烷、乙炔、一氧化碳和二氧化碳）全含量分析。
◆绝缘油中气体含量的测定
绝缘油含气量是油性监管的重要指标。目前，按照DL/T450-1991方法制定的二氧化碳洗脱法不仅适用于测定含油酸性气体，按照DL/T423-91方法制定的真空压差法对于真空仪表来说也不容易且存在局限性。HZGC-1212A变压器油光谱分析系统的工艺设计完全符合中华人民共和国电力行业标准DL/T 703-1999< gas content in insulating oil by gas chromatography method in the chromatographic process design.
